Welcome to Koloni Skansen - organic café, beautifully located at Skansen’s dance pavilion and amusement area, Galejan.
We invite you to an idyllic Swedish café with Koloni’s famous pastries and cakes, tasty sourdough sandwiches, salads, organic pancakes for the children and delicious coffee from a Swedish family-owned coffee roaster.
In the Kiosk opposite the dance pavilion we offer, according to the traditional Swedish people’s park tradition, an exquisite hot dog menu with sausages made of real meat from Småland with tasty condiments. Enjoy creamy soft ice, delicious organic ice cream from Sänkdalens Gård, Kullamust straight out of Skåne, Swedish cool drinks, cold beer and a glass of Fairtrade wine.
